Family Discipleship July Week 4

Here are a few questions for your family to discuss this week based on the teaching your kids received in class on Sunday. Space these questions out throughout the week and find natural times to bring them up. Use these questions to spark conversation over dinner or on a car ride.

Question One: What does the word wisdom mean? How would you explain wisdom to a friend? Is it just knowing a lot of stuff?

Question Two: Why would someone want to be wise instead of foolish? Why does God want us to be wise?

Question Three: Are we born wise? How do we become wise? What is the beginning of wisdom? What does it mean to fear God?

Question Four: What are some things that you treasure? Why would the Bible call wisdom a treasure?

Question Five: Where can wisdom be found? Who is the wisest person? How do we grow in wisdom?
