Family Discipleship October 20th

This weeks memory verse is: 
For you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings.
 (Malachi 4:2)

Here are a few questions for your family to discuss this week based on the teaching your kids received in class on Sunday. Space these questions out throughout the week and find natural times to bring them up. Use these questions to spark conversation over dinner or on a car ride.

Question One: Have you ever done something that you shouldn't? Did you get in trouble for it?

Question Two: Did you ever do that same thing again after you got in trouble for it once? Why do you think you did or did not do that again?

Question Three: Since God's people continued to disobey God, what did Malachi say was going to happen? What did he say would happen if they turned back to God?

Question Four: Is it hard to do the right thing some times? Why do you think that is?
 
Question Five: What are some of the things we've seen in the Biggest Story so far that pointed to Jesus as the coming Savior?
